We have four contributors offering and approximately 13 minutes remain. We now have five Members offering. Is it agreed that we will give each speaker three minutes each? Agreed.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The time permitted for this debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of 29 June: "That the amendments set down by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and not disposed are hereby made to the Bill, Fourth Stage is hereby completed and the Bill is hereby passed."
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Industrial Relations (Provisions in Respect of Pension Entitlements of Retired Workers) Bill 2021, which took place this morning. On the question, "That the amendment to the motion be made", a division was claimed, and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
There can be no points of order on Leaders' Questions.
No, you cannot.
Deputy, please respect-----
Deputy, you are out of order. Please, resume your seat.
As Members are aware, we have agreed that for the period of the emergency only, the rapporteur's report will not be read out. We also have agreed new arrangements for the taking of objections. Are the proposed arrangements for dealing with this week's business agreed to?
Not agreed. Many people are offering. I call on Deputy Mattie McGrath. One member from each group I am afraid.
We can only have one speaker from each group.
Please, Deputy-----
Deputy Healy-Rae, you are out of order.
Resume your seat, please. You are out of order.
It might be, but you are out of order.
Please resume your seat. I call Deputy Cian O'Callaghan.
I thank the Deputy. Does the Minister wish to reply?
That is not a point of order.
No, that is a political debate and not a point of order. The Deputy is out of order.
I am sorry, but the Deputy is not going to get it. My apologies, but the Minister has responded and we must move on now. I will correct Deputy McNamara. I do not know where he got the figure of €17 million from or to what that is referring. Our presence here has not incurred any cost above €1.8 million, which I think is the figure, and most of that is related to broadcasting. Of that €1.8 million, much of that expenditure would have been incurred anyway if we were in Leinster House. It is not an addition and we are…
We are not going to have a debate.
