I will take the Deputy's comments as being a point of order. There is another point of order from Deputy Cullinane.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Both Deputies have made their points. We are still in the midst of a pandemic, where time is of the essence. We might hear what the Minister has to say before getting on to make whatever decisions need to be made at the end.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to amendment No. 1 in the name of Solidarity-People Before Profit Deputies to the motion on the annexation of Palestine. Yesterday, on the question, "That the amendment be made", a division was claimed and that division must be taken now.
The fourth question comes from the Regional Group. I call Deputy Grealish.
Seanad Éireann has passed the Loan Guarantee Schemes Agreements (Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland) Bill 2021 without amendment, and has passed the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Bill 2021 without amendment.
I wish to announce for the information of the House that Deputy Cian O'Callaghan has been nominated to the Committee on Standing Orders and Dáil Reform in substitution for Deputy Holly Cairns.
The House has agreed that for the duration of the Covid emergency only, the rapporteur's report of the Business Committee shall be taken as read. Arising from it, therefore, there are three proposals to be considered today. Is the proposal for dealing with Tuesday's business agreed to?
We cannot go into the detail of it now.
What has this got to do with today's Order of Business?
Is the proposal for today's business agreed to? Agreed. Is the proposal for Wednesday's business agreed to?
We will let the Minister answer.
Is Wednesday's business agreed to? Agreed. Is the proposal for dealing with Thursday's business agreed to? Agreed.
Thank you very much, Minister.
We cannot go into the detail.
Is the Minister's chequebook out for Cork?
Thank you, Deputy.
Their public representatives are not too shy either.
The Deputy has made his point.
Deputy Thomas Gould also has a question, which he can put before we conclude.
Will the Minister address those two questions?
