The Deputy is wandering a little.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The Deputy is wandering a little.
We must attend to a little housekeeping. Given that we started at 5.55 p.m. the debate must conclude at 7.10 p.m. At the end I must give five minutes to the Minister and ten minutes to Deputy Ó Ríordáin to sum up. That means we have a little over ten minutes for Deputy Gary Gannon and Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú. Deputy Gannon is up first. If he takes all ten minutes, there will be nothing left for Deputy Ó Murchú.
De réir Bhuan-Ordú 80(2), cuirfear an vótáil ar ceal go dtí an tseachtain seo chugainn.
In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), the division is postponed until the weekly division time at 9.50 p.m. today.
The Deputy's time is up.
Deputy, please. The time is up.
The Taoiseach's time is up.
The Taoiseach, without interruption, please.
Taoiseach, please. The time is up.
The Taoiseach's time is up.
I ask Deputy McDonald to resume her seat. I appeal to party leaders, including the Taoiseach, please, to have some regard for the order of the House that sets out time limits for these contributions. There are no exceptions in that regard.
I ask Deputy Shortall to resume her seat. She should let the Taoiseach answer without interruption.
I call Deputy Cairns.
Seven Deputies have not been reached, and that concludes Questions on Promised Legislation.
Given the number of questions, I ask Members to be relatively concise, please.
We have got to the end and need to move to the next question.
Is the Bill opposed?
As this is a Private Members' Bill, may I ask Deputy Ó Broin to move that Second Stage be taken in Private Members' time?
We will go on to Question No. 5. I note that in the next group there are four questioners. If they are going to take a long time asking the questions, we are not going to get answers, but maybe many of them are rhetorical questions anyway.
If we could please limit Deputies' questions to one and a half minutes, hopefully we could then get back to the Taoiseach for a reply.
