Will Deputy Pearse Doherty let the Tánaiste finish?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Will Deputy Pearse Doherty let the Tánaiste finish?
I thank the Taoiseach. We move finally to the Independent Group, where Deputy Connolly is sharing time with Deputy Pringle. I call Deputy Pringle.
The Select Committee on Justice has completed its consideration of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Decisions on Supervision Measures) Bill 2019 and has made no amendments thereto.
As we are seriously running over time and this is a technical matter, perhaps we can deal with it relatively expeditiously.
My apologies for interrupting Deputy O'Dowd. What is the point of order?
I am sorry. Deputy McNamara is moving away from his microphone and we are having difficulty picking him up.
We do not want to lose what the Deputy is saying.
We cannot have a debate now because we have concluded.
I am required to put the following question: "That in respect of each of the sections undisposed of the section is hereby agreed to in Committee, the Preamble and the Title are hereby agreed to in Committee, the Bill is accordingly reported to the House without amendment, Fourth Stage is hereby completed and the Bill is hereby passed."
I call on the Minister for Health to make his opening statement. We are certainly keeping him busy today. I ask Deputies to do those of us who will be here all night the service of keeping quiet while the Minister addresses the House.
That is a very valid point. We will ask for the text of the Minister's speech to be circulated.
That concludes statements on the level 5 response to Covid-19. Just to let the Minister of State know, Deputy Michael Collins only spoke once on this matter, although he has spoken on many occasions during the day and he is not finished yet.
There really is no provision. I call Deputy Michael Collins for 30 seconds.
The Deputy is wandering away from where we are. We are not getting back into the debate. The time allocated is over. Deputy Carthy asked for the script. The script was not immediately available. The Government Whip is arranging for the script to be had. I am sure if there are questions-----
Ministers have a variety of responsibilities inside and outside the House and it is not normal-----
-----for any of us to be here. Members who have questions should either pose them directly to the Minister or I would be happy to receive the questions in my office and we will process them with the Minister as the case may be.
I thank the Minister of State for that good news.
The fourth important matter comes from Deputy Ó Snodaigh. The Deputy wishes to discuss due recognition of the bravery of Irish Defence Forces members at Jadotville, an issue in which the Irish public has had a great interest for some time.
Seanad Éireann has passed the Residential Tenancies Bill 2020, the Commission of Investigation (Mother and Baby Homes and certain related Matters) Records, and another Matter, Bill 2020 and the Railway Safety (Reporting and Investigation of Serious Accidents, Accidents and Incidents Involving Certain Railways) Bill 2020 without amendment.
The Standing Business Committee has completed its consideration under Standing Order 30 of the request by the Minister for Justice and Equality to waive the requirement under Standing Order 173 to provide the general scheme or draft heads of the Personal Insolvency (Amendment) (No. 1) Bill 2020 for pre-legislative scrutiny. Following consultation with the justice committee and the provision of briefing to that committee, the Standing Business Committee has agreed to the request.
