Okay. Now, we go to Questions on Policy or Legislation.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Of beating him?
Let the Minister answer.
Is the Bill being opposed?
Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Joe Flaherty - To discuss shortcomings in the private house septic tank scheme. Deputy Bernard Durkan - To discuss the ongoing issue of access to Castletown House. The matters raised by Deputies Bernard Durkan, Joe Flahe…

Does Deputy Lawless wish to contribute?
