I thank the Minister and call Deputy Paul Murphy.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I thank the Minister and call Deputy Paul Murphy.
The Minister has answered.
The Deputy's time is up.
You wanted one minute per question.
You wanted one minute per question. You wanted to differ with everyone else. We have done that for you. Your minute is up.
Please resume your seat.
If there is time, if you stop interrupting.
There might not be time for an answer. Go on then.
That concludes the questions. Should the Minister wish to wrap up the debate, there are five minutes available.
Sin deireadh leis na ráitis, na ceisteanna agus na freagraí maidir le Covid-19.
I call Deputy Peter Burke to announce the business for today.
Is the proposal agreed?
I should point out, perhaps mostly for the benefit of new Deputies, that when it comes to a possible vote on the Order of Business, what we are talking about here is a situation in which if the proposal before the House is not agreed then there would be no business at all transacted today. The only matter really that falls to be decided is the date of the next sitting, which is proposed for 16 April. I ask Deputies to bear that in mind. Does the Minister wish to respond?
There is no amended proposal.
Let the Minister answer.
I ask Members to bear in mind that, as I stated, the House will either agree to this proposal or we will all go home.
An amendment has not been tabled. Is the Order of Business agreed? Agreed.
Seanad Éireann has passed the Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Bill 2020, without amendment.
I call Deputy Rabbitte, who is sharing time with Deputy Cowen.
Deputies Barry and Gino Kenny are sharing time.
