On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

You did but you were not here when your question came up. We are out of time.
They had their hands up before you were here. You cannot come in at the end, when your question has been passed and we are running out of time, and consume the time that is required for the Taoiseach to respond.
No. The question is grouped. The Taoiseach may answer it anyway.
Will you stop, Deputy, please, and have a bit of respect?
You are out of order.
I am not going to get involved in a debate. I call the Taoiseach.
There are four further Deputies to speak. I call Deputy Mick Barry.
I remind members we need to leave time for the Taoiseach to respond.
Well, I do have control as regards what we discuss-----
Would you kindly stick with the Bill, Deputy?
With respect to him, whether he is or not, this is the Bill we are discussing.
I know your eloquence knows no bounds, Deputy, but could you apply it to the subject matter?
You get carried away.
Yes, but we are talking only about Microfinance Ireland.
It is.
You cannot be terribly optimistic, though, if you are hoping to get them done before the change happens. That would not suggest a great optimism on your part.
Deputy Ged Nash, please.
You could not follow a better man.
Is there anybody in particular the Minister of State had in mind?
It is back to Deputy Quinlivan to have another go at it. I congratulate everyone. Would that we could be as expeditious in dealing with all legislation as we were with that Bill. We are about to move on to Private Members' business, which is a motion regarding general practice and local health services, but we await the arrival of Deputy Cullinane and a Minister from the Department of Health. Will Deputy Ó Murchú take this? He has no bother with any of it.
