The time is up. I thank the Tánaiste.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

That is a matter for the local authority.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Darren O'Rourke - To discuss the urgent need to progress new school building works at Lismullen National School, Co. Meath. Deputy Claire Kerrane - To discuss the downgrading of the rapid response vehicle in Roscommon. Deputy Gary Gannon - To discuss open drug dealing and antisocial behaviour in Dublin's north inner city. Deputy Paul Donnelly - To disc…
The first item selected is in the names of Deputies Sorca Clarke, Ruairí Ó Murchú and Aodhán Ó Ríordáin. They wish to discuss the revised special education teacher allocation model and the calculation of the set allocation for schools for the year 2024 to 2025. This matter was raised earlier and was addressed by the Minister. I call Deputy Clarke.
Yes, people have to be here when it is their time to speak.
If a Deputy is unhappy and wants the Minister from a particular Department to be present, the Department is supposed to liaise with Deputies and if a Deputy indicates to it that he or she is not happy and wants to wait until the Minister is available, we will always facilitate that.
I thank the Minister, Deputy McEntee, for being here to deal with this.
In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), the division is postponed until the weekly division time this evening.
I thank the Deputy.
Is the Taoiseach into rallying?
The Select Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment has completed the Employment (Collective Redundancies and Miscellaneous Provisions) and Companies (Amendment) Bill 2023 and has made no amendments thereto.
You will not get expelled or anything?
Is Deputy Daly happy with the reply?
Has Deputy Harkin got her answer?
A message will be sent to the Seanad acquainting it accordingly.
I must now deal with the deferred division on the People Before Profit-Solidarity amendment to the Government amendment to the motion regarding reform of the television licence fee model. Yesterday, on the question "That the amendment to the amendment be made", a division was claimed and that division must be taken now. Will the Deputies who are claiming a division please rise in their places?
As fewer than ten Members have risen in their places, I declare the question defeated.
It is not in order to accuse the Taoiseach, any member of Government or any other colleague of lying in the House.
It is not in order.
Is that agreed?
