On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 45 of 448 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

-----emotion-driven report to find the real bullies.
In all fairness, Senator Seery Kearney had her say.
Senator Ruane had her say yesterday.
I should not have to-----
It is all right for Senator Seery Kearney to say what she wants but it is not okay for Senator Keogan. That is not good enough.
Sorry-----
But-----
The recent announcement by the US Supreme Court in the Dobbs v . Jackson Women's Health Organization case is a positive one as it finally ends the wrong-headed Roe v . Wade judgment of 1973 which inferred a constitutional right to abortion under the heading of a right to privacy. That was a legal aberration from the beginning, one that had an extremely negative impact on human rights and unborn life for 50 years. It must be borne in mind that approximately 21,000 Irish unborn babies have had their lives prematurely…
I raise two very important issues. Tomorrow is 1 July, when Irish hospitals traditionally change their doctors. It happens because hospitals are massive training locations. You do a year as an intern and when that year is done you move to the next level of training, and so on. Tomorrow, for the first time in the history of Irish medicine, the hospital system finds itself short of first-year registrars. These are effectively the hospital consultants of the future. Why has this happened? I am told it is due to Covid.…

This is the first year I have heard of there being no first-year registrars in hospitals.
I, too, welcome the Minister of State. Next September, An Bord Pleanála is due to make a decision on the planning application submitted by Shannon LNG Limited for a proposed liquefied natural gas terminal on the Tarbert-Ballylongford land bank. The company behind the proposed plant has stated that the Shannon LNG terminal could be built in 12 months, and could even be built to accommodate a gradual transition to green hydrogen production in the future, aiding Ireland in reaching its climate targets as well as bolst…
I appreciate the Minister of State’s reply. We are not just waking up to the fact Ireland has significant offshore wind potential. We have always known this. The wind has been blowing there for donkey's years; it did not start just now. That we are talking about it only now is just not good enough. We are in a very serious energy crisis. This LNG proposal could help us, as a nation, to get out of that crisis. We have the deepest water in Europe for cargo shipping and a floating storage and re-gasification unit that…

When is it proposed to take Committee Stage?
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I thank the Senator for reading the statement of the Sisters of Bon Secours into the record.
