There was a disturbance by a mobile phone. I remind Members to please ensure to turn their phones back on when they leave the Chamber. As Leinster House is a shared workspace for Members, political staff, civil servants, the media and contractors we have received guidance on the wearing of masks in the Chamber and I ask Members to observe the guidance in that regard, where possible.
I assume they are watching on the monitors. It is in all of our interests that we have a consistent and shared approach on working together in this pandemic.
