That Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Finance Act 2022 (Temporary Business Energy Support Scheme) (Specified Period) (No. 2) Order 2023,

a copy of which was laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 19th May, 2023.
