Built by scoring every sentence in the debate on how distinctive its language is, then quoting the highest-scoring ones back word for word and in the order spoken. Nothing is paraphrased or invented — if a sentence appears here, it was said in the chamber. Drawn from 386 words across 32 contributions by 3 speakers.
How often each word appears across the whole debate, ranked by how distinctive it is to this debate rather than common to all parliamentary language.
All 32 contributions, start to finish, in the order they were made. The one you came here for is highlighted.
On a point of order-----
There is no point of order, Deputy.
On a point of clarification-----
There is no point of clarification.
There is, because the record has to be corrected.
Then the Deputy can take it up with the Ceann Comhairle.
I certainly will be taking it up with the Ceann Comhairle. This is a very serious matter where a Deputy can be accused-----
Deputy, resume your seat.
-----of being an organic farming member, which I am not.
Resume your seat for a moment.
I certainly will be taking it up with the Ceann Comhairle, and at the highest level-----
Resume your seat, please.
-----because it is private information she is using.
The Leas-Cheann Comhairle-----
I am very annoyed about it. It is only fair that she be corrected and if she corrects it, is over and done with. We all make mistakes and I accept that.
The Deputy has continued and I am now on my feet. I rarely do that.
Sorry.
The Minister of State has behaved recklessly.
Please, this is the last time. I will suspend the Dáil again. I rarely stand on my feet. This is not acceptable behaviour. I allowed a point of clarification.
I could not get it.
That is enough. If the Deputy has any difficulty with that he can take it further and make whatever complaint he likes. I am now continuing-----
No, this is not good enough
You are out of order.
Quite simply, the reason it is not good enough is because a Government Minister spoke here-----
You are completely and utterly out of order. Resume your seat.
The person who was out order was a Government Minister who behaved recklessly by using private information on the record of the Dáil. It is absolutely quite disgraceful what she has done.
You are leaving me no choice.
The Minister of State is a disgrace and she should come in here and apologise to Deputy Michael Collins for what she has done here today.
Deputy, resume your seat, please.
She used private information and she disclosed private information on the floor of the House.
I am now suspending the Dáil once again because of disgraceful behaviour that is unacceptable. It is now nearly 5 p.m. I am suspending the Dáil.
The Minister of State should apologise.
