That Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Data Protection Act 2018 (Section 60(6)) (Defence Forces Tribunal of Inquiry) Regulations 2025,

copies of which have been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 2nd July, 2025.
