In relation to today’s business, it is proposed that: notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the only business to be taken shall be the business as set out in the second revised report of the Business Committee dated 29 June 2020, with no Questions on Promised Legislation; No. 4, motion re presentation and circulation of Revised Estimates 2020 shall be taken without debate and any division demanded shall be taken immediately; and, in relation to No. 5, the proceedings on the Revised Estimates for Public Services 2020 - Votes 32 and 38 - each Revised Estimate shall be brought to a conclusion within four hours.
