Given the Government has not brought forward an amendment, I ask the Leader to support an amendment to the Order of Business, which I would like to propose, to the effect that No. 3 not be taken today until such time as that much called-for and crucially important amendment is brought to the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill 2022. I echo the call by Senator Ó Donnghaile for the Government to fulfil its promise to bring forward an amendment to the legislation making provision for domestic violence leave. I hope everybody in the House will support the amendment proposed by Senator Ó Donnghaile to the Order of Business to ensure Report and Final Stages of the Bill are not taken today.
