Yes.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 462 of 465 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Murnane O’Connor and her officials.
I welcome the guests of Senator McCarthy. It is a great privilege to welcome Niall and Gillian Quinn. I thank them for all their years of service to football. I wish them all the best and I hope they enjoy their visit here this evening.

Senator Mike Kennelly - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the proposed extension of the retirement…

They are able to monitor their glucose levels and can tell if they are high or low, and they are able to administer whatever is needed, be it insulin or another medication…
I thank the Minister of State very much. It is wonderful that 27,000 people have been reimbursed. In the context of that 27,000, the figure of just over 500 who have fallen through the cracks is quite a small number. I request that the Minister carry out a review because these people, who are now insulin-dependent, should be included in the reimbursement programme. We have come a long way from the time when people had to prick their finger and test their blood to see what their levels were. It certainly has been li…
