The list was circulated. Is the Senator saying it should be numbered?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 694 of 699 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I thank the Cathaoirleach’s office for selecting this Commencement matter. I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Richmond, to the Chamber. I raise the matter of my former national school, Scoil Mhuire, Maigh Cuilinn, in order to get an update on the status of the application to construct a new 16-classroom, plus an ancillary building, school on an enlarged site in the centre of Maigh Cuilinn. Scoil Mhuire is the largest school in the parish of Moycullen. It is one of four schools. The building is not fit for purp…
I thank the Minister of State. To be or not to be, that is the question. Unfortunately, I do not think we have the answer in relation to where this is going. The Minister of State talked about the ADAPT programme, the A in which stands for "accelerated", but I am afraid this project is stuck in gear, similar to other projects around the country. I know that the costs of construction have increased and that construction inflation has led, in some school projects, to increases of one third or more. Perhaps that is wh…
The Leader will acknowledge the level of supports that have been put in place for businesses over successive budgets. Much of that was absolutely warranted to ensure we protected jobs during Covid and in the context of the increases in the cost of energy over successive winters, which had a huge impact on the viability of businesses. There is still a demand from businesses to look at the VAT rate for their sectors. I appreciate that the full cost of the reduction to 9% for the hospitality, food and catering sectors…
This is not a grouping. This is for recommital.
For the information of Members, please note that the House, by agreeing to the motion to recommit, allows a Committee Stage-style of discussion on amendments Nos. 626 to 647, inclusive, 713, 716 to 719, inclusive, 760, 761, 765, 766, 769 and 771 to 775, inclusive, only. That means Members may speak more than once on each amendment. In respect of other amendments, I remind Senators that a Senator may speak only once on Report Stage except the proposer of the amendment who may reply to the discussion on the amendment…
I call Senator Higgins and to clarify, this grouping covers amendments Nos. 1 to 19, inclusive, and amendments Nos. 22 to 25, inclusive.
