I must now deal with a postponed division relating to amendment No. 1 to Government amendment No. 5. On Tuesday, 22 March 2023, on the question, "That the amendment to the amendment be made”, a division was claimed. On a point of order under Standing Order 213, I ask the Taoiseach how much has it cost the Government to buy the votes of the Regional Independent Group to----- That is not a point of order. -----enable them to evict thousands of people from their homes.
In order to be helpful----- That is not a point of order. Once a division has been claimed you may not raise a point of order.
Built by scoring every sentence in the debate on how distinctive its language is, then quoting the highest-scoring ones back word for word and in the order spoken. Nothing is paraphrased or invented — if a sentence appears here, it was said in the chamber. Drawn from 226 words across 24 contributions by 5 speakers.
How often each word appears across the whole debate, ranked by how distinctive it is to this debate rather than common to all parliamentary language.
All 24 contributions, start to finish, in the order they were made. The one you came here for is highlighted.

Deputy Nash will have to do better than that.

In order to be helpful I can read it out to the Ceann Comhairle. It is on grants for public service.

Standing Order 213.
I move amendment No. 2 to amendment No. 5:
To insert the following after "increased capacity in the construction sector":
"calls on the Government to make provisions to ensure that no person can be evicted if they fulfil any of the following criteria:
— if the tenant or a member of their family living in the relevant accommodation has a disability;
— if the tenant or a member of their family living in the relevant accommodation has a terminal illness, a cancer diagnosis, has suffered a stroke, has advanced heart disease or suffers from poor mental health;
— if the tenant or a member of their family living in the relevant accommodation is pregnant or has given birth in the last three years; and
— if the tenant or a member of their family living in the relevant accommodation is over the age of 65 years".
Given that there is less than ten votes between the two sides, the gravity of this particular issue, and the fact that this amendment simply seeks to protect people with disabilities, people with very young families, older people, and people with terminal illnesses from eviction in ten days' time, under Standing Order 83(3)(b), I ask that the vote be taken by other than electronic means.
